Where do I begin?? I’m passionate about everything fitness, disease prevention & being your best self!!

My story begins when I was younger, loving food but uncomfortable with my weight & my self esteem.

Once I found fitness programs, sports, yoga and then soon bodybuilding, my passion transformed wanting to share my knowledge to improve mental, emotional & physical health.
